Adele Emilia Caterini, member of the ESCOP4Green research group, examines the case VZW Klimaatzaak v. Kingdom of Belgium & Others on the liability of the Belgian State for policies to prevent the harmful effects of climate change. Although the process is currently pending, it has elements of considerable interest as an expression of a "greening" of fundamental rights.
