Green Wolf CER is a company dedicated to the design, implementation, and management of Renewable Energy Communities for public use. GW CER is the only company in Italy that, through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mechanism, takes care of every phase of the implementation and management of Renewable Energy Communities, providing continuous support to public administrations. The legal structure chosen for these Communities is the "Fondazione di Partecipazioni," and in October 2023, the Prefect of Arezzo granted legal personality to the first GW CER Renewable Energy Community.
