Federconsumatori Lazio APS, is an association of consumers and users, non-profit, enrolled in the RUNTS as an Association of Social Promotion, whose President is Fabrizio Micarelli. It is certified ISO 9001 EA 35 and EA 37. This association collaborates with ASVIS, Municipality of Rome, Metropolitan City, Anci Lazio, Ali, Rete dei Comuni Sostenibili. It promotes forms of sustainable and circular economy to combat energy poverty. It has activated a network with Forum Terzo Settore Lazio, Earth Day Italia, Banco dell'Energia, several universities, including that of Camerino with which it published the volume, "La via italiana alle comunità energetica", presented in Brussels as part of the ECPE Project. In December 2022, it established the first REC in Rome called "Le Vele". It is an active partner in the Horizon Sun4all project that tests diffuses and socialises RECs for a fair energy transition.
