Consumers' Forum, founded in 1999 by some important Italian companies and consumers’ associations representing them at national level (registered in the CNCU at the MIMIT), promotes the culture of dialogue through research, studies, training, interest groups at Italian and European institutions, workshops and high-level conferences on topics of consumer interest and sustainability. Consumers' Forum is also the promoter of the MANIFESTO for CONSUMER SUSTAINABILITY, created with the aim of linking eight consumer sustainability target with the Agenda 2030, signed by the members and at the basis of important experiences of protocols of agreement between consumers’ associations and businesses, to carry out activities in the name of sustainability, from the point of view of responsible production and conscious consumption.
